Lorna will reply within 24 hours. Availability is confirmed personally rather than through an automatic calendar, so each booking is matched to the right sitter.

How booking works

    Send your enquiry

    Tell us about your pets, where you live and the dates you have in mind, or simply ask a general question.

    Chat on WhatsApp

    Lorna replies personally to confirm availability, learn about your pet and answer any questions.

  3. 03

    Meet and greet

    If time allows before the sit, Lorna visits your home so everyone is comfortable before anything is confirmed.

  4. 04

    Quote and confirmation

    Once you are both happy, Lorna sends a quote and confirms the sit by WhatsApp. That message is your booking confirmation.
